The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: If you choose the FedEx - No Signature Required shipping method, you are authorizing FedEx to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Native Remedies nor FedEx is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

For all Canadian shipments, Starland Life Enhancement Centre will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Starland Life Enhancement Centre will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
